Divisions
OBC offers a co-ed introduction to the game of basketball for kindergarten and 1st graders. This program is a 10 session program in which we introduce the fundamentals of the games and gradually bring the players to participate in a game atmosphere by the end of the 10 sessions.

Bitty Basketball Rules
- The basket height for this division will be 8 1/2 ft
- Basketball size will be 27.5
- Game Length 4 quarters, 8 minutes a quarter
- All players are required to play 2 quarters
- Unlimited substitution throughout the game
- No score will be kept
- Teams can only play ZONE defense
- Once a team maintains possession the opposing team will run back into zone defense (CLEAR RULE)
- A player cannot double team an offensive player. If this happens the referee will explain to player why this is not allowed
- There is a NO FOUL-OUT rule applied in this division and there are NO foul shots awarded. On any foul the ball will be taken out on the side.
- Referee calls are NOT to be questioned at this division as the referee will instruct the player on what they have done wrong and will tell them how to correct it.
- If no referee shows a parent or coach will be appointed.
