OBC offers a co-ed introduction to the game of basketball for kindergarten and 1st graders. This program is a 10 session program in which we introduce the fundamentals of the games and gradually bring the players to participate in a game atmosphere by the end of the 10 sessions.

Size of Ball: 27.5; HEIGHT OF BASKET TO BE ADJUSTED TO: 8.5 Feet
Time of Game: 2 Halves: 18 Minutes Per Half
Timeouts: None
Halftime: 2 Minutes Per Half
CLOCK/Overtime: NO SCORE KEPT AND NO OVERTIME
Defense: Can only play Zone Defense; No Press
Foul Shots: FOUL SHOTS only on shooting fouls; No clock stoppage
Line-Up players for foul shots
Foul Out: NO FOUL OUT
Lane Violations: NO LANE VIOLATIONS
Coaches:
Players: All Players must play at least one half and appear in the 1st and 2nd half
Defense: Can only play Zone Defense; No Press
Coaches: Can coach by beginning or end of bench
